OUT of form Harrogate Town are desperately seeking a clean sheet to trigger a change in their Nationwide North fortunes.

The Wetherby Roaders have failed to keep the opposition out in the last four matches, conceding nine goals and taking just two points since their 2-0 win at Vauxhall Motors.

And that kind of record needs to change before it goes from blip to freefall.

Despite the torrent of goals flying past the hands of young on-loan Port Vale 'keeper Joe Anyon, drafted in after Michael Price broke his foot, Aspin knows the problem stems from the injury-hit defence.

Right-back Jamie Heard will miss tomorrow's trip to Kettering Town with his hamstring problem and centre-half Chris Ellerker is said to be "extremely doubtful", prompting an all-out search for a loan player to fill the gaps before kick-off.

Added Aspin: "It's difficult for Joe behind our defence at the moment because we are not in the best of form. He's been getting plenty of action but it's fair to say that the defeats have not been down to him."

On the other side of town, Harrogate Railway host Shirebrook in the Northern Counties East League premier division.

Selby Town are due at home to Mickleover Sports and will be hoping this game survives the frost after a week of cold cancellations. Andrew Hart returns from suspension.

Tadcaster Albion face another meeting at the business end of the NCEL division one in third-placed Retford United.

The Brewers, currently fourth, could go back up to second with a win with a single point separating second to fourth.

But they will be about promising goal-getter Joe Gaughan, who has gone with manager Jim Collis' blessing to UniBond side Ossett Albion, although he is still signed on with Tadcaster should an opportunity arise to help out.

In UniBond League division one, it will be all hands on deck as Goole aim to stop leaders Mossley.
