WE have been lulled into a sense of false security by the bus company in our city.
We have come to expect a buggy and wheelchair friendly bus on every route, when along comes one of the very old type that are most definitely not buggy or wheelchair friendly, only to be told, not very politely, to wait until the next one.
When so much money is being spent on larger buses, changing roads to accommodate the bus, can't the bus company accommodate the people it runs the buses for? We have been conditioned by the said company to expect a service at all times to fulfil the needs of all its faithful customers.
