Shepherd Homes of York has appointed two directors and a land assistant to
support the company's continued growth plans.
Rodger Brasington, 38, returns to the company as sales and marketing
director.
He was with the organisation for seven years until 1999. He rejoined from developer Land & New Homes Countrywide, where he was an area sales director.
He holds a postgraduate diploma in marketing, and is also a member of the Chartered Institute Of Marketing.
Tony Lee, 36, is Shepherd Homes's new technical director, joining the company from homebuilder NorthCountry Homes Group, where he was group technical manager. He has an HNC in civil engineering.
Traci Moore, 24, is Shepherd Homes's new land assistant. Originally from Scarborough, Traci now lives in York, and was previously a sales consultant with Fairclough Homes.
She has a degree in equine science and business management, and a professional certificate in management studies. Her role will involve sourcing and purchasing prime development land for the company.
