PROPERTY group Hunters has appointed a new head of investor sales.
Kate Armitage, 29, of York, will help people wanting to buy properties to rent out. Kate, who has been with the company for six years, said: "I am very excited about the challenge." She said the role involved finding the best places to buy, investigating the lettings market, securing high quality tenants, furnishing and managing the property.
