CLOCKED the dateline at the top of this page? In our rational, scientific age it is remarkable how one date can still give so many people the collywobbles.
There will be all sorts of otherwise lucid folk today touching wood, fingering rabbits' feet or jaywalking on busy roads to avoid walking under a ladder.
It is time at least to update our good luck traditions. How many of us are in reach of oak or walnut these days? We should be allowed to touch MDF for safety.
And can we be given permission to throw low sodium salt substitute over our shoulders, please? Far healthier you know.
