RE Julian Cole's column, "Rise of the Tory Tony" (December 8). Please don't class David Cameron with Tony Blair, he will never reach the standards of Tony Blair.
Or were you just classing him with Tony trying to bluff the people to vote for David Cameron knowing Mr Blair is so very popular?
I am 82 years old and I have seen a few prime ministers, but nobody has ever been as good as Tony Blair. He has done wonderful things for me and other old people and for the poor.
Don't let anybody ever forget the poll tax.
