A NEW unisex hairdressers salon is to open this weekend at the Creepy Crawlies adventure playground at Cliftongate Business park, Clifton Moor.
Hair stylist Anna Fenton, of Bishopthorpe Road, York, chose the playground for her new venture, titled Papillon, because she knew from nearly ten years experience that women were often prevented from having their hair done because they were too busy looking after their children.
"By setting up at Creepy Crawlies on Saturday, I am providing them with a perfect opportunity to see to their hair while their children are being supervised," she said.
Anna previously worked at Alquimia hairdressers in Stonegate for two years.
