TOBY COCKCROFT has been appointed to help run and develop the residential sales side of the York office of property consultancy Carter Jonas.
It is a homecoming for Toby who grew up in North Yorkshire and is an old boy of St Peter's School, York.
Toby, 29, moves from the successful Leeds office of Carter Jonas which he set up five years ago, to work alongside office head Edward Waterson.
His appointment comes at a time when the office in Micklegate, York, has expanded recently to include a residential lettings department to complement residential sales.
