Main - Burnt offering of Chicken or a crook of Lamb, marinated in a mitre of mint sauce served with a harvest of fresh vegetables.

Dessert - Angel's Delight with Adam and Eve apple sauce or A Platter of Bread with Goats Cheese.

A choice of Devil's Brew followed by a refresher "Minster Imperial" to freshen the palate.
