KEITH Agar has been appointed Scarborough's chief executive for a third time.
Agar's return, after a four-year absence, will enable Boro chairman Malcolm Reynolds and director Ian Scobie to concentrate on the club's proposed move from the McCain Stadium to a new ground at Eastfield.
In 2003 Agar had talks with York City on behalf millionaire Brooks Mileson with a view to taking over the club. Nothing concrete came of the discussions and Mileson backed the Supporters' Trust bid.
