PEOPLE with great business ideas, or who have already made a start on the winding road to success, will converge on the Merchant Adventurers Hall, in York, for advice and help on October 4.
The event, titled It's Your Business, has been organised by the York Business Advice Centre, is to be opened by York MP Hugh Bayley at 10am.
On hand will be an accountant, solicitor, health and safety consultants, a human resources consultant, an events organiser, a first aid expert, the Inland Revenue and networking organisations like WiRE and Women in Enterprise.
There will also be four workshops on networking, marketing and public relations, team building, and a talk by a businesswoman on why and how she began her own venture.
