The woman who died in Saturday's multi-vehicle crash on the A64 at West Knapton, was named today as Iris Suggitt, 71, of Hill Side Way, West Lutton, Malton.
She died at the scene of the accident, in which her husband suffered minor injuries when their Vauxhall Astra was in collision with a VW Passat and a Ford Focus.
The two cars were stationary behind a silver BMW estate waiting to turn right towards the Yorkshire Wolds Way Caravan Park.
