DR PAUL GIBSON of York has been appointed as operations director for NetConstruct, following a 30 per cent increase in sales for the Wetherby-based web solutions firm.
With one eye on the future, 36-year-old Dr Gibson will also drive forward the company's product development side and ensure that NetConstruct is continuously delivering effective and innovative solutions to businesses seeking to use the latest internet technologies to their advantage.
His appointment comes as NetConstruct enjoys a record turnover for the first half of the year, with new clients, including London PR agency Consolidated Communica-tions; the leisure group Xscape; Ryedale District Council; computer consumables XMA and the civil engineering arm of Birse plc.
The firm is already a Deloitte Technology Fast 500 company and Technology Company of the Year.
