Victim Support in York and Selby is in urgent need of secretarial expertise and we are hoping that Evening Press readers might be interested in helping us out with about four hours per week.
Victim Support is a voluntary organisation which offers practical help and emotional support to victims and witnesses of crimes.
The voluntary secretary would join the management committee which oversees the work of the organisation but would usually not be directly involved with the people we support.
Anyone who is interested in volunteering their secretarial skills should contact Brian Emes, chairman of Victim Support York and Selby, tel 01904 768297.
