Neighbourhood Watch groups should be on the alert for men hobbling around in scuffed shoes, ruffled shirts and ill-fitting suits. Also watch out for women in kaftans or ra-ra skirts. People in flares should be approached with caution. This applies at all times.
With your help, the gang responsible for this uncharitable heist can be brought to justice. Keep 'em peeled.
