Sometime ago the Evening Press printed my appeal for poems relating to the Royal Air Force. The response was gratifying and the poems of a very high standard.

My anthology of Air Force verse, The Poems We Wrote, is now on sale. Max Bygraves has written a lively foreward, reflecting on his RAF days.

Copies of The Poems We Wrote are available at £7.50 each (plus 95p for postage and packing) and a donation will be made to the 49th Squadron (Bomber Command) Association for every copy sold.

Please write me at the address below.

Thanks again to all your readers who submitted their poems and many thanks to the Evening Press.
