I am not in favour of the Government's idea of erecting a permanent memorial somewhere in Britain to acknowledge The Holocaust.
The Second World War began over 60 years ago - why keep on looking back? I would rather they erected something to signal, and accept, all the success and goodness that has come out of Germany since 1946 - that would be a positive idea!
And it would be fair and realistic even allowing for their stupid attitude over our beef!
Give praise where praise is due.
