Evening Press Reader's Letter
On behalf of The Salvation Army I thank the generous people of York and who contributed toys to the Richard & Judy Appeal on Good Morning TV and also Boots, Coney Street and Monk's Cross, which were the collecting points.
Many children in this city benefited and had a much happier Christmas as a result of your kindness.
Also, we would like to thank people for their cash contributions at our collection points in Feasgate, Tesco, Clifton Moor and Coppergate.
