VINTAGE engine enthusiasts braved the rain for a rally at Scampston, near Malton, over the weekend.
More than 200 exhibitors turned up with a wide range of old machines.
"We have tractors, stone crushers, motorbikes, wood saws and lots of working exhibits, all sort of things. People can see what these engines were like in their working days." said Paul Beal, secretary of the East Yorkshire group of the National Vintage Tractor and Engine Club.
"The turnout has not been bad, it's not all doom and gloom," he added.
The club has been staging rallies for 26 years. It previously held them in York but in recent years has held the event at Scampston.
Recalling the vintage days.
