Born: Farnworth, December 7, 1967. The 32-year-old midfielder is another Neil Thompson signing from Halifax Town. Made his debut in the goalless draw with Peterborough at Bootham Crescent. A tough-tackling, aggressive central mid-fielder who likes to get forward to add his support to the attack, Hulme began his career with Bury before spells at Doncaster Rovers, back at Bury, Lincoln City and Halifax. Has played more than 200 league games.
