THE body of a Scarborough woman who had been reported missing from home has been found in the sea at Cayton Bay.
Pauline Ann Hutchinson, 64, from Scarborough, was last seen on July 9 and reported missing on July 10. She was a widow.
Her body was spotted in the sea at Cayton Bay on Tuesday afternoon by a man from Aycliffe in County Durham.
He pulled her body onto the shore to stop it washing away and called the emergency services.
A spokesman for North Yorkshire Police said there were no suspicious circumstances.
An inquest into her death is due to be opened and adjourned tomorrow (Thursday).
