Manager: Tommy Taylor
Stadium: Brisbane Road
Capacity: 13,842
Last Season: 19th
Comings and goings
Out: Kwame Ampadu (Exeter, free), Roger Joseph (released), Simon Clark (Colchester, free)
In: midfielder Martin Ling (Brighton, free), midfielder Steve Castle (Peterborough, free), midfielder Jason Brissett (Walsall, free)
One to watch: Wideman Matthew Lockwood. The star player of last season and at the hub of all things positive for the Orient. The former QPR reserve was a worthy inclusion in the PFA Divisional Team of the year and only Macclesfield's Kieren Durkin and Darren Currie of Barnet pro-duced more crosses in the basement division.
Odds: After a terrible start last season, Orient's form compared favourably with most sides in the division and will be expected to gain at least a play-off place by flamboyant and ambitious chairman Barry Hearn. Aside from Lockwood, much will depended on the firepower of Carl Griffiths and Iyseden Christie up front and if these two click the Os could be amongst the challengers.
