Comings and goings

Out: Mark Druce (Woking, undisclosed), Steve Taylor (Evesham, free), Mike Marsh (Southport, free)

In: midfielder Barry Horne, (Sheffield Wednesday, free), goalkeeper Brendan Murphy (Dundalk, free), forward Andy Ducros (Nuneaton, £100,000), forward Tony Bird (Swansea, free), defender Mark Shail (Bristol City, free)

One to watch: Experienced campaigner Barry Horne has gone from the Premiership to Division Three with Molby looking to the former Everton star to fill the void left by Mike Marsh. Last season's skipper and player of the year Marsh was the key figure in the Harriers rise to the Football League. In order to follow Harriers into the Third Division the former Liverpool player would have needed to repay the sizeable insurance pay-ment received upon his departure from the professional game due to knee injury. The harum-scarum nature of Division Three will not deter Horne

Odds: Left the 'fifth division' as one of the most emphatic winners in the competition's 21-year history - nine clear points, 26 victories and ended the season on the back of a 17-match unbeaten home record.

It is the first time Kidderminster and Worcestershire have had a team in the Football League and the playing staff will begin their inaugural sea-son as a full-time set up for the first time in their history.

Invariably, Conference-promoted teams make a good fist of their first season in Division Three and the Harriers will be looking to maintain their rise.
