I must respond to certain inaccuracies in the reply by Mr Kennedy of Inner Space Stations (September 26) to my earlier letter.
Firstly I was able to determine the oil company's pricing policy simply by telephoning them.
One of their representatives said no petrol increase had been authorised.
Secondly, Mr Kennedy states his company sells the cheapest diesel in York.
Tesco has the same price as does Foxwood service station, so he does not offer the cheapest.
Basically, he, along with these other outlets, are just less expensive than most.
