How does Mrs Thatcher have the nerve to say the Government's pension policy is an outright fraud?
She caused the problem when she altered the payment system from earnings-related to inflation based.
Pensions would have been more than £90 a week now and most pensioners would have been satisfied. Even under the Tories we would have only got 75p, because Michael Portillo has said they believe pensions should still be fixed to price rises.
