The sign and exhibition manufacturer, which dates back 94 years, has just achieved the Investors in People standard - and in the process set about achieving national standards in signmaking, offering NVQ Level 11 in the subject. It also set up a new job appraisal system and communications links to ensure sharper, more aware management. Now it is pitching for the Evening Press Progress Through People Award.
