RILLINGTON
ON Wednesday, January 31, Rillington Young Farmers held their annual members and advisory quiz night. The questions were set and asked by the Kilby family and an entertaining evening was enjoyed by all. The winning team included Mr A Milner, Mrs P Webster, Louise Pratt, Paul Ireland and Tom Watson. Once the evening came to an end, and all other business had been discussed, we enjoyed a supper at the Coach and Horses. Tom Watson gave the vote of thanks.
On Wednesday, February 7, Mr John Harrison visited Rillington Young Farmers Club to give a talk on farming and conservation. The evening was well attended and everyone enjoyed the informative talk, learning a lot about our local wildlife and how to preserve it. The vote of thanks was given by Sarah Kilby.
