AXCESS Technology based in Clifton Moor is changing its name to Panja Ltd.
The firm which designs, develops and markets advanced electronic equipment software that extends Internet content to non-PC devices including stereos and televisions, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of US-based Panja Inc.
The new company name will bring together the entire Panja range of products under one banner.
Rupert Powell, general manager of Panja Ltd said: "Panja's direct involvement in the market development of its products in our territories heralds the dawn of a new era for our York and Belgium-based teams."
