MR TESSLER (February 20) takes me to task for not mentioning motorists who were driving without lights in the fogs of last week.
He will, therefore, be relieved to know that within a few minutes of leaving home last week I was on the phone to the local radio station to inform them that: "There are too many idiots driving without lights or only on sidelights".
Radio York told me that several motorists had called with the same complaint and had almost immediately broadcast this information.
