Malton and Norton golfer Simon Dyson endured a poor start to his second round in the Sao Paulo Brazil Open yesterday before lightning suspended play for the day.
Dyson, who carded a one-over-par 72 in round one, was already one over by the third hole when the weather forced him inside.
He was due to finish his round today.
South Africa's Darren Fichardt led after completing his second round in a superb ten-under-par 61, to go 14 under.
