Sheriff Hutton jockey Kevin Darley heads to Newbury for a night shift tomorrow with excellent prospects of a successful evening, courtesy of in-form trainer Milton Bradley.

Darley and Bradley are always a force to be reckoned with and Full Spate can provide the partnership with a victory in the Kingston Smith Showcase Handicap.

Full Spate was my Nap choice when ridden by Pat Eddery at Goodwood last week, but the writing was on the wall soon after he made a slow start and was then faced with a wall of horses. Forced to switch wide to made progress, he was never able to play a leading role.

On his previous outing, at Thirsk, the six-year-old had finished a highly creditable fourth from a poor draw to Technician, and it was on the strength of that performance that I tipped him to come up trumps at Goodwood.

Well worth another chance, Full Spate is again napped to win, and make Darley's trip to Berkshire well worthwhile.

Man O'Mystery looks the one to be on in the T H White Conditions Stakes.

Jeremy Noseda's smart four-year-old, narrowly beaten in last year's John Smith's Cup on Knavesmire, has run well in defeat twice this season. With Pat Eddery on board, he can make it third-time-lucky tomorrow.

Eddery, who is leading the race for the jockeys' championship, can also score on First Impression, who can finally lose her maiden tag in the Saffie Joseph & Sons Handicap.

Ripon's popular evening fixture is highlighted by the £10,000 Amec Capital Projects Handicap over a mile.

Style Dancer is a horse who needs things to go his way, but there is no doubt that Richard Whitaker's gelding is capable of winning this contest if he gets the breaks as he tries to come from off the pace. Carl Lowther has the task of producing him at exactly the right time.

Kingston Wish should go well in the opening race, the Lishman Sidwell Campbell & Price Maiden Stakes. Alan Berry's juvenile made a promising start to his career at Newcastle when finishing third to Brigadore, a winner again since, and, with that experience under his belt, Kingston Wish can now elevate himself to the number one spot.

Richard Quinn can reward his supporters by winning the Accontant Online Maiden Stakes aboard the Henry Cecil-trained Conclude. The same jockey and trainer won the corresponding race 12 months ago with Flitwick.

At Newcastle's afternoon jumping meeting, Noel's Pride will be hard to beat in the betsmart.co.uk Novices' Hurdle. The lightly-raced five-year-old scored at Hexham earlier this month and looks capable of defying a penalty in the hands of Adie Smith.

Also worth noting is recent winner Joe Luke (3.40) and the promising Daramsan (4.40).
