Proud owner Jim Mullen shows off his certificate and his dog today after scooping a prize at Cruft's dog show.
Albert, or Muliphen of York, a 15-month English Bull Terrier, picked up first prize in the Special Junior Dog section of the prestigious event, held in Birmingham.
Albert, who lives in Burnholme with Jim, mum Gertrude and sister Patty, is fond of green tripe.
"I don't have any special secret to his success," said furniture stripper Jim.
"But I am proud of him, he's a good boy and we'll try for more success next year."
