Dean Arey, of the Racescene/Van Tuyl team, claimed the yellow jersey after winning the third round of the Joe Dalby Developments Road Race Cycling League.
He completed the four laps of the Alborough circuit in 1hr 16min, pipping Gary Brown of the York Cycleworks/Trek team to the line.
Andy Kennedy (West Yorkshire Police CC) won the second and third lap points prime, freewheeling over the line unchallenged on both occasions.
The fourth round of the series will go ahead as planned on June 7 on the Milby circuit. Headquarters will be Kelan Circuits, Wetherby Road, Boroughbridge.
Otley CC's Mike Shacklock led the field by almost two minutes in the latest round of the Northern Foiling Services Tuesday Time Trail League. Oliver Pearce, of Knaresborough Racing Team was the first junior to finish.
