Election fever is sweeping North Yorkshire.
With less than a week to go, the first poll has been counted and the first victors announced.
The Outside Party are the winners of the Yearsley Bridge Day Centre's mock election, closely followed by the Grumpy Party and the Fun and Games Party.
The centre, which works with adults with learning difficulties, ran the election with manifestos and actual polling station equipment borrowed from City of York Council.
Liz Ellis, the council's head of electoral services, who counted the votes, said: "This is a simple but effective way in which to familiarise people with learning difficulties with the electoral process."
