Worms is a true classic in the gaming hall of fame.
It was an inspired idea in which you took control of a team of worms, armed to the teeth with Uzis, rocket launchers and amazing, flying, exploding sheep, and kicked seven bells out of opposing teams of worms. Bonkers from the moment of conception to the moment you laughed manically as your mate killed himself off with a misdirected grenade.
World Party takes the game online, and that's a good thing if you haven't got any mates about to have a game with, or a bad thing if you shut your mates out while you take on complete strangers. Worms has always been a cracking party game, guaranteed to produce manic giggles, and online play lacks the social element that goes with it so readily.
Still, it also boasts many gaming improvements, with sharper graphics and as amusing animations as ever. Well worth a laugh.
