AS a bus-user I note the council spent £300 improving bus stops. Pity they don't use them. If you want people to use the buses, it would be an idea to keep them dry and out of the wind while waiting. But no, get shelters that look nice, have advertisement space and are no use whatsoever to the bus-user.
