This is what hoteliers and restaurateurs of Yorkshire will be told at a special presentation at the Merchant Taylors' Hall, in Aldwark, York, on Thursday evening.
Sally Hanley, colour, style and image consultant of First Impressions of Copmanthorpe, will talk about Positive Business Image to members of the North and West Yorkshire branch of the Hotel and Catering International Management Association.
