THE Human Rights Act is a wonderful piece of legislation. It is obvious to anyone that it may need adapting to special circumstances, like the present conflict in Afghanistan, just as it was necessary to modify the law during the Second World War.
My interpretation of it, regarding religion, is that anyone in this country can be of any religion they choose, or of no religion, or atheist and can change that religion or set of beliefs at any time.
And this is quite independent of whatever school they went to.
Is this correct?
