REGARDING the picture of cars parked in the disabled parking bays at York Station - why has the Evening Press blocked out their number plates?
They are breaking the law and should be shamed into realising the fact.
Also, for GNER to say that it is because the attendant was off duty is a feeble excuse - why do they only have one person covering this job?
