IT'S that time of year again - oh yes it is!
This year more than ever we need the pantomime season. A gloomier and more depressing year would be hard to imagine. So all praise to silliness, all glory to happy stupidity. And hello again Mr Kaler.
Berwick was back on stage at York Theatre Royal last night as Fanny Shufflebottom in Jack And The Beanstalk, complete with Harry Potter jokes and all the usual outrageous liberties. And tonight the focus turns to the Grand Opera House, where Dick Whittington is setting up his stall.
Oh yes he is!
