Douglas Craig's admission that he would sell Bootham Crescent and York City to different bidders, if offered enough cash, is scandalous.
It can only lend weight to supporters' suspicions that his main motive for selling York City FC is to maximise the amount of cash he gets from its dismemberment.
His cynical attitude makes it all the more important that plans to launch a Supporters' Trust come to fruition, so that we not only save City, but also ensure that the club has a home.
