THE news that Harry has been drinking and taking drugs raises three questions in my mind.
1. Will the landlord of the pub where he drank be prosecuted for serving drinks to a minor?
2. Will the person who supplied the cannabis be prosecuted for dealing?
3. Who spilled the beans?
No doubt the whole business will just be swept under the carpet.
