A York man has appeared before the city's Crown Court charged with supplying Ecstasy to former Sheffield Wednesday player Thomas Staniforth.
The case against Miles Gordon Massey, 22, of Mill Lane, Acaster, was adjourned at the request of prosecution counsel Khadim Al'hassan until March 21.
Massey, who was represented by Alex Bates, was released on bail.
