THE residents of Knaresborough are once again preparing to do battle with the local planning department after an application has been submitted to redevelop the abattoir site on Castle Ings Road/Waterside, proposing 24 apartments, up to five storeys high.
It is an inappropriate scheme for the area. To make representation to the planning department at Harrogate, you should do so before April 5.
