I HAVE not bought a country music CD since Johnny Cash live at San Quentin, but after hearing local girl Suzy Martell's Broken Hearts in Nashville on Radio York, I ventured into Track Records to buy this excellent CD.
I know from your articles that this young lady has not had a very easy time of it health-wise, and I urge all local people to go along to the York Opera House on May 6 to support our talented local singer in concert.
With today's pop star wanabees and junk that passes for talent on our TV screens it amazes me that this young lady is not a superstar!
