SO Gary Hart is to be sued by yet another Rail Company, that make three that I know of, and the sums involved will be millions.
Gary Hart will not be able to pay one penny to the companies, his insurance company will have to foot the bill, or rather reader, you and I will if we have the same insurance company as him. Make no bones about it, the insurers will recoup the monies paid out in the form of higher premiums.
Even if we aren't with his company, after the judgement against him, insurers will now jump on the bandwagon and hike up their premiums in case one of their clients falls asleep and causes an accident.
So I say to all who welcomed the judgement against him, don't be surprised if now we all have to pay.
