WOLDGATE School, Pocklington, will aim to copy the achievements of St Peter's School, York, when they head to the capital this weekend.
Woldgate Under-12s are chasing success in the Emerging Schools National Rugby Festival and are due at Staines RUFC for the group stages tomorrow.
The semi-finals and final will then be played at Twickenham later in the day in front of 40,000 fans, who will be at the home of English rugby for the annual 'Services' fixture between the Army and Navy.
And having seen St Peter's return from Twickers with the Daily Mail Schools' Rugby Under-15s Cup, Woldgate will be after similar success.
The school, who are coached by teacher Justin Gibbs, have strong connections with Pocklington RUFC, with England U16s 'A' full-back Charlie Allen the latest player to benefit from the influence of both.
