SO, the single Big Bang theory is out and we are now to believe that the universe was formed after a series of big bangs, with more to come. But don't worry, the next big bang is not due for a trillion years.

This scientific garbage is less relevant than the story of creation as told in the book of Genesis, despite the teachings of our philosopher-in-waiting, Julian Cole.

The very concept of a trillion years is beyond the realm of comprehension, yet these so-called scientists insist on telling us what happened millions of years ago and how time began with a big bang.

This is nonsense, because time is a man-made convention based on the movement of the earth about its axis and orbit around the sun.

How could time, as we understand it, exist before the sun and the earth? Therefore what does your average egghead mean when he says: "A trillion years ago there was a big bang"?

Let's all switch off and have another large gin and tonic.
