DIRECTOR Ray Alexander is looking for actors for The Death Of Christ, part of the York Guilds' wagon production of the York Mystery Plays to be staged on July 7 and 14.
"I've been very lucky so far that a number of actors who have performed for me in the past have volunteered to be in this play, but I still have a few very important speaking roles to cast," says Ray. "These are for men mostly between the ages of 18 and 30, plus one or two older, and I also need a child actor whose role would be to offer the dying Christ a last drink."
Actors who feel that they may fit the bill are asked to contact Ray on 01904 764222.
