Fun Lovin' Criminals have always been smarter than their stoned look, and so the trio insisted on collaborating on this farewell to Chrysalis. Or put it their way, playing the gangster card for so long - arguably too long - they called the parting shots. Bag Of Hits, or 15 Interglobal Chartstoppers as they boast, reveals FLC to be more than the New York novelty hip-hop act of Scooby Snacks. The languid Huey Morgan may be the engine driver, but Brian "Fast" Leiser is the all-important musical fuel, appropriating all manner of New York sounds for tongue-in-cheek re-invention. Still criminally cool, and longer lasting than Tarantino.
